6. We send out email offers to your data once per day Mon-Fri, and

What kind of return can I expect on my data?
This is directly determined by the type of data you have, however since we are white listing specialists, you can count on the best roi’s in the industry.

Do I have to scrub out duplicate records or format any certain way?
We will do the data clean up of your records. You will need to put them in either a .xls file, .csv, or .txt format.

What type of data is best to use for list management?
Certain data will do better than other data. If it’s real time it should do quite well. However, some data types such as: home business /jobs/education/payday/debt etc, do even better.

What happens when you send out an email to my list?
We send email messages out once per day to your list. Mon-Fri. When an email goes out, the person receives the message and then they can click on a link that is shown in the email so that the lead person then goes to a web site where we are paid per performance of the lead. Sometimes we are paid per click by our offer owners, and other times we are paid when the lead fills out information or buys something.

What happens if I send you data that you’ve already received?
Data is managed on a first come first served basis.

What are the steps in getting my data managed?
To get started we need to check the privacy policy of the website where the data is being generated, and get that cleared through our approval dept. If the privacy policy is not approved, we send over the appropriate info to add to your privacy policy.
Then we send the data management contract over to be signed. From there, we set up a real time feed for data delivery, or you can batch data that is under 10 days old.

How many records do you need to manage my data?
We are interested in quality over quantity, so volume doesn't matter, but usually 100 to 200 records at least a day or more.

How soon will I know how my data is performing?
We can give weekly estimates at first, on how the data is doing, but normally this is reported monthly. Data should double the following months on revenue.

Do I have to supply offers?
We have all the offers we need, clients only need to supply the data. We will supply all the offers.

What fields are required for you to manage my data?
Data needs to have at least a first name / last name / email / phone/ ip / time and date stamp, and source.

Will you also be sending my data SMS messages?
We will not send SMS messages to any one's list unless they want to enter into an SMS management agreement as well.

How many email messages go out to my data base per day?
We only send out 1 message per day to keep down complaints and to keep your list in good standings.

What kind of rev share percentage do you offer?
We work on a 50/50 rev share basis. Expenses come off the top and then profit is split. If you are a broker, you will want to negotiate your commission into that up front.
