What kind of return can I expect on my
SMS data?
This is going to be directly determined by the
type of data you have. We've seen different results on different lists. For
example, your list might produce 3 to 4 cents per record or more.
Do I have to scrub out just the mobile
records only and send those? Or can I send all of my data and you do the
scrubbing on your end?
We only SMS mobile ready records, but you can
send all of your records and we will send it through a scrubber to extract
just the mobile numbers.

How many records will I lose in the
scrubbing process?
This varies with the type of data, but on
average, we may only be able to deploy on a 40 percent scrub rate. Some
numbers you can't SMS because they're not available or may be foreign or non
mobile numbers. Basically all revenues/ commissions are based on what is
deployed only.

What type of data is best to use for
SMS?
Certain data will do better than other data.
If it's sent to us in real time it should do quite well. However, some data
types such as: home business /jobs/education/payday/debt etc, do even
better.

What happens when the SMS message is
sent out?
An SMS offer/message goes out and when the
person receives the message they can click the link that is shown so that
the lead person can click and be called directly into our call center. The
call center then takes them through an up sell process.

What happens if I send you data that
you've already received?
Data is managed on a first come first served
basis.

What are the steps in getting my SMS
data managed?
To get started we need to check the privacy
policy of the website where the data is being generated, and get that
cleared through our approval dept. If the privacy policy is not approved, we
send over the appropriate info to add to your privacy policy.
Then we send the SMS management contract over
to be signed. From there, we set up a real time feed for data delivery, or
you can batch data that is under 5 days old.

policy to make it compliant data for SMS?

SMS Offering and Opt-out rights
By completing or submitting a registration
form or partial registration form you are consenting to receive SMS,
wireless or other mobile offering to your cell phone. You understand that
your wireless carrier's standard charges and rates apply to these messages.
For SMS text messages, you may remove your information by replying "STOP",
"END", or "QUIT" to the SMS text message you have received and we will
remove your personal information within 10 days of receiving such request."
(The following will need
to be add as well to clear us to use the data for SMS):
"We may use the personal information that
you supply to us and work with other third party businesses to bring
selected retail opportunities to our members via direct mail, email,
telemarketing, and SMS/Mobile/Short Message service"

How many records do you need to manage
my SMS data?
We are interested in quality over quantity, so
volume doesn't matter, but usually 100 to 200 records at least a day or
more.

How soon will I know how my data is
performing?
We can give weekly estimates on how the data
is doing. Data should double the following months on revenue.

Do I have to supply offers?
We have all the offers we need and clients
only need to supply the data. We will supply all the offers.

What fields are required for you to
manage my SMS data?
Data needs to have at least a first name /
last name / email / phone/ ip / time and date stamp. Some people ask why we
need names and email addresses. We need the first and last name for the call
centers, and it absolutely helps them to have emails.

Will you also be sending my SMS data
emails?
We will not email to any one's list unless
they want to enter into an email list management agreement as well.

How many SMS messages go out to my data
base per month?
We only send out 2 SMS messages a month to
keep down complaints.

What kind of rev share percentage do
you offer?
We work on a 50/50 rev share basis. Expenses
come off the top and then profit is split. If you are a broker, you will
want to negotiate your commission into that up front.
